Energy Grounding and Aligning Crystal Sphere Set

Align and center your energies with this Crystal Sphere Set. Hold one sphere in each hand, between your thumb and index finger. Hold your hands in front of you at about chest level with the two spheres about 1" apart. Inhale deeply as you slowly draw your hands apart . . . Up to 12" away from each other. Exhale deeply as you slowly bring them back to about 1" apart without allowing the spheres to touch each other. Repeat several times focusing on the energy between the two spheres and your breathing.

Inhale as you draw the spheres apart and exhale as you bring them back together. Continue this practice until you feel the energy radiating from the spheres and entering your body. You will feel the energetic magnetic field helping to align your chakras and center your energy.
