Rose Quartz is a good stone for someone who has trouble loving themselves or accepting love from another because they do not believe that they are worthy of being loved. Self-love is important for everyone, but it is especially vital for people who are interested in spiritual development. When we don't love ourselves fully, we are wounded inside, and a wound will always cry out to be healed. Rose quartz is an instrument of that healing. It is excellent for helping one to release childhood traumas such as abuse, neglect, lack of love/nurturing, lack of self-esteem; it helps clear stored anger, resentment, jealousy, and fears; it replaces negativity with harmony.
